Most Shaded & Co. spray tans last 7–10 days with proper care. Longevity depends on your skin type, lifestyle, and how closely you follow aftercare instructions. Keeping skin hydrated and using gentle, sulfate-free products will help extend your glow.

Loose, dark clothing is recommended after your spray tan. Avoid tight bras, leggings, socks, or anything that may rub against the skin while your tan develops.

Never. Our custom airbrush spray tans are tailored to your skin tone and undertones. We use professional solutions designed to create a natural, sun-kissed glow—not an orange or artificial appearance

Classic Tan: Develops over 8–12 hours before rinsing.

Rapid Tan: Allows you to rinse in as little as 2–4 hours, depending on your desired depth of color.

Both produce beautiful results—the difference is development time.

5.What’s the difference between a Rapid Tan and a Classic Tan?

For weddings, vacations, photoshoots, and special events, we recommend scheduling your spray tan 1–2 days beforehand. This allows your tan to fully develop and settle into its most natural finish.

A small amount of cosmetic bronzer may transfer before your first rinse. This is completely normal and washes out of most fabrics. After your initial rinse, transfer is extremely unlikely.
